Comprehensive Curriculum

The program’s curriculum is structured around three distinct phases that are crucial for success as a healthcare leader. Through engaging core modules, you will hone your leadership skills, explore best practices for strategic thinking and talent management, and establish effective performance metrics. An immersive in-person module with give further insights into emerging healthcare trends.

Capstone Project

Work on a capstone project that applies the knowledge you have gained throughout the program to a real-world challenge faced by you or your organization. You will work individually or in small groups to present the solution you have devised and the strategies and tools from the program that were useful.

Immersive Learning Experience

The final learning module of this program is a highly immersive five-day in-person experience exploring healthcare trends, policy, and governance at the Emory University Goizueta Business School campus in Atlanta, Georgia.

During this immersive experience, you will participate in management simulations and learn to apply the strategic concepts learned during the program. This module will allow you to participate in engaging and interactive sessions on topics such as Crafting Strategy/Innovation, Crisis Leadership, ROI in Digital Healthcare, Leading Change and Communicating With Impact, Well-Being, and more. Additionally, on-campus networking events will provide opportunities to build lasting connections with fellow healthcare leaders from around the globe.
