“Today’s healthcare executives must lead teams of people to address multifaceted challenges that can include though often span beyond medical decisions. In fact, healthcare leaders are required to address leadership, financial, and business acumen needs across key stakeholders including patients, coworkers, and the communities that they serve. The Executive Program for Healthcare Leaders aims to equip them with the business skills they need to thrive in healthcare leadership roles. We bring together experts in healthcare leadership from across Emory University, including the Goizueta Business School, Emory Healthcare, School of Medicine, Rollins School of Public Health, and the School of Nursing. We have carefully designed the program to provide a comprehensive education so that participants can master the skills they need to grow in leadership roles."

    — Michael Sacks, Faculty Director, Professor in the Practice of Organization & Management, Emory Goizueta Business School; Faculty Director, Woodruff Leadership Academy, Emory Woodruff Health Sciences Center

"Healthcare is fascinating and complex. We continually compete within financial constraints to create innovative cultures that attract the most talented people. Change is the only constant in the equation; leading that change is the most important role within the system for an executive leader. At Emory Healthcare, we take pride in recruiting the greatest minds, encouraging innovation, and cultivating mutual respect in the workplace. In the Executive Program for Healthcare Leaders, we present the art and science of how to succeed in today’s exciting and ever-changing healthcare environment."
